- Follow the urgent GFE request protocol
- Send message to the PCC Clearances Chanel to locate the most available licensed clearing provider, and give the cell number of the provider to the clearing provider.
- This will locate the most available licensed clearing provider to assist with the same day clearance request
CLEARING PROVIDER
- Discuss either via Tiger Connect or telephonically the patient’s case with the provider
- Use this form for individual patients
- This form allows us to capture what the patient is clear for so we can populate the data the system is back up
- Notify provider via Tiger Connect or over the phone what their patient is NOT clear for
IF there is no internet connectivity at all
PROVIDER
- Call your PCC and provide your phone number so they can reach out to a clearing provider to discuss the case
- Please keep at least 10 copies of this paper form for charting to have at the office
PCC
