Pricing Flexibility — price floors are needed to keep Portrait providers aligned. In order to afford the revenue sharing we have in place, we need to maintain certain margins on the services we offer — the vast majority of providers have hit the current price floors this month. For pointers on how to navigate this change please refer to the slides reviewed by Dr. Blake during the meeting
Update on Portrait Flex and Portrait Luxe — Portrait Flex is provider managed and funded, and Portrait Luxe is Portrait managed and funded. If there are questions about specifics in either option, please ask your POC who can find you answers, or escalate your concerns if needed
Introduction of Dr. David Sadaat, MD, Plastic Surgeon who will join Portrait as an educational resource.

Dr. Blake is an advisor to Galderma’s GAIN Business, and leveraging this for getting further tools for providers, in particular the Galderma Face App, which will help patients visualize potential outcomes and is expected to be a powerful sales tool
Portrait is working towards having a shared calendar from Galderma, with trainings available for providers that they can attend as desired
Portrait is building a list of preferred vendors with discounted pricing, including marketing, business related services (accounting) and coaching. Portrait providers can use their training budget towards these investments
Discounts — Portrait wants to allow providers to provide the discounts they feel will best resonate with their patients. It is up to individual providers to provide how/when discounts will be provided, using the “custom discount field” as they feel most appropriate.
