Process for Approval

Provider or Provider Operations Lead requests additional service

1. Patrick Blake, Sandra Carnevale, and Jay Blake notified of request

Training Approval is activated for the provider (30 day period)

1. This allows product to be sent to provider’s location for training
2. This also allows provider to chart on encounter
3. In-person training is coordinated
   1. Either industry or Portrait trainer performs training
   2. MUST notify Patrick Blake, Sandra Carnevale, and Jay Blake about training
4. One or two videos of provider performing service should be submitted as requested
   1. Send via email to Patrick Blake, and cc Sandra Carnevale and Jay Blake
   2. If not sent, provider stays at “Training Status.”

Conditional Approval is activated for the provider (30 day period)

1. 100% of provider charts will be reviewed for this procedure for the coming 30 days or a minimum of 10 charts
2. IF no deficiencies are noted, then

Final Approval is activated for provider

1. Provider is completely approved and ready to provide care! ⚡︎

Pitfalls:

Provider trained and then does not provide the service. Hence, pre-booking patients for the service or promoting it aggressively after training are highly recommended.
