MEDICATIONS MAY BE QUEUED IN TREAT FOR DAILY SIGN-OFF
BY OVERSEEING PROVIDER 9AM PST AND AGAIN AT 12PM PST
Topical Medications
- Lightening Cream 1: 8% hydroquinone 0.025% tretinoin 0.1% triamcinolone cream
- SIG: 1 Application at bedtime for 30 days one month on, one month off, repeat x up to 6 months Disp 30gm 1 refill
- Lightening Cream: 2: 3% tranexamic acid
- SIG: Apply once daily
- Portrait Numbing 23%benzocaine/7%lidocaine
- SIG: apply to sensitive areas up to 3x/daily, never more than a fingertip worth at at time
- Tretinoin .025% - 0.1% cream
- SIG: apply pea-sized amount to dry face every 3 nights x for 10 days, then every other night for 10 days, and nightly thereafter
- Upneeq 0.1 % OP solution
- SIG: Apply 1 gtt qAM OU
- Bimatoprost (Latisse) 0.03% solution
- SIG: Apply 1 gtt qPM to upper eyelid margin OU
Anti-inflammatory Medications
- Prednisone 10MG PO for Kybella Lower Dose Protocol
- SIG: starting AM of procedure, take 2 tab QAM x 2 days, then 1 tab QAM x 2 days, then stop
- Prednisone 20MG PO for Kybella Higher Dose Protocol
- SIG: starting AM of procedure, take 2 tab QAM x 2 days, then 1 tab QAM x 2 days, then stop
- Sildenafil 20MG occlusion/ischemia dose
- SIG: take 1 Tablet, 4 times daily for 7 days
