Dashboard:

  1. Common view dashboard of patients to be cleared for GFE team and PCCs
  2. Performance Metrics: table with columns measuring GFE “performance” - # of drop ins (same-day/PCC urgent bookings), time it takes to clear drop ins, time to respond to urgent request, Average GFE clearance time per GFE NP (minutes), # of encounters/GFEs per day
  3. GFE review metrics (e.g. 10% of GFEs reviewed for Quality Control)

TROUBLESHOOTING FOR GFE PROVIDERS:

In the case of a patient’s medical profile incorrectly or incompletely displaying all necessary items required for clearance e.g. Diagnoses boxes show, but boxes for Indicated Treatments will not load (as in photo below) follow these instructions:

  1. Log out of your ap login, and log into this account:
    1. Username: [email protected]
    2. Password: password485196
  2. Open the patient profile (can just type in url - https://ehr.portraitcare.com/patient/MRN NUMBER)
  3. Complete the GFE as usual
  4. Complete the form with your information and credentials when prompted (pictured below)
