When charting for your Patients at Portrait, there are minimum expectations to ensure patient safety and that ongoing audits are valid and performed efficiently.

<aside> 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A minimum of 10% of your charts will be audited regularly by your Regional Clinical Director as well as the internal Auditing Team for both correctness and completion.

CHARTING WORKFLOW

— You will note that all of the diagnoses are populated in the system for you by the overseeing MD/NP/PA who cleared the patient for services at Portrait

— Please note if any changes have been made to standing orders by overseeing provider

— Please acknowledge any provided direction from the AP provider doing the GFE

— If you do not see a procedure as an option, the overseeing provider has not provided clearance for this procedure

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS

As with any patient new or established, please take note of the following

• drug allergies
• medical conditions
• current medications
• topical medications current or historical
• skin type
• treatments the patient has had in the past
